My Doodle Place:  Where Heart Art is Created. Creativity Coach; Therapeutic Art Facilitator; Cosmic Smash Book Guide; Mixed Media Art Journaling Teacher.  I share the remarkable benefits of creativity by facilitating the creative process in various ways and I witness the breakthroughs and transformations that creativity and play can have for us mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Coach:  A tutor who gives private or specialized teaching.  (Lexico.com)

Therapeutic:  Causing someone to feel happier and more relaxed or to feel more healthy (dictionary.cambridge.org)

Art:  Creative expression from the heart and imagination using a variety of means and supplies. (my definition)

Facilitator:  Encourages, supports, guides, and witnesses the art and creativity process, but does not offer actual "therapy." (my definition)  

Play:  Activity engaged in for enjoyment and recreation.  (Lexico.com)

My Doodle Place is a result of more than a decade's journey of healing through creativity and play...

...all the while expressing what is deep within my heart on paper and canvas and becoming more myself in the process.

My Doodle Place is where creativity and play are:
